A family who lost a loved one filed a wrongful death lawsuit stemming from a truck accident on the Dallas North Tollway it is reported.
Included in the wrongful death case with the truck driver and the Toll Authority are other companies who helped design, construct or maintain the toll way. Allegedly, the trucker lost control of the truck and struck a concrete median, breaking loose a chunk of concrete that struck the victims windshield. Very good Texas lawyers represent the family.
